Revolutionising Employee Management with People Connect. I envisioned and designed People Connect to revolutionise H&M's employee management, ensuring GDPR compliance with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a touch of fun. By rethinking and digitising the entire Employee Life Cycle, from conception through design and implementation, I transformed a complex challenge into a beautiful, seamless business solution.
This innovative project showcases how thoughtful design can merge regulatory requirements with engaging user experiences.
Held technical responsibility for the successful implementation of core initiatives within H&M’s largest IT modernisation program, overseeing both global and local execution. Key projects included:
- Shift Store: Led the design and deployment of new infrastructure, point-of-sale (POS) system, VOIP, and store logistics solutions. This included introducing detailed garment tracking, enabling cross-channel returns, and establishing real-time data flow for enhanced operational efficiency.
- FLOW: Spearheaded the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS), replacing manual processes such as pick-lists with automated solutions like voice-directed picking and pick-by-light technology, facilitating a fully paperless workflow.
